Tenor M. Andrew Jones most recently performed the role of Mime in Siegfried by Richard Wagner. Performances of other roles include Don Jose in Carmen, Pedrillo in Die Entführung aus dem Serail with Queen City Chamber Opera,1st Armored Man/Second Priest in Die Zauberflöte with Dayton Opera, The Messenger in Aida as well as the Innkeeper in Strauss' Der Rosenkavalier with Cincinnati Opera,The Banker in Jennifer Jolley's The Bubble, Andrea Cipriani in Evan Mack's The Secret of Luca, Benny "Kid" Paret/Benny Jr. from Champion, Sellem from The Rake's Progress with Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and Spoletta from Tosca with Cedar Rapids Opera company. Mr. Jones has a Master's of Music in Vocal performance from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music and while there peformed the roles of Lennie in Carlisle Floyd's Of Mice and Men and Bardolfo in Verdi's Falstaff. He received his Bachelor of Arts in music from Luther College where he performed the role of Monastatos in Die Zauberflöte.
